I forgot or lost my password, how do I request a new one?
Note: For security reasons, all passwords are encrypted in such a way that we can not send you your original password. However, we can send you a new auto-generated password that you can change once you have completed the request for a new password process below and have logged in to your account using the new password.
Follow the steps below to have a new password sent to the email address registered in your account. We suggest you print this page before you continue.
1. Select the “Log In” link located at the top of the screen. This will take you to the log in / sign in screen.
2. Select the “Password forgotten? Click here.” link located below the “Sign In” button. This will take you to the “I’ve Forgotten My Password” screen.
3. Enter the email address that you have entered in you account, then select the “Continue” button.
4. A new auto-generated password will be emailed to you. Cut and paste the new password from the email in to the log in screen.
