Shipping policy

Shipping

We get daily pickups from our shippers Monday through Friday. This means you should receive your order within one to six business days, depending on the state we are shipping your order to. Please note, our shippers will not deliver to a PO Box address.

In Stock items will ship same day if your order is received by 1:00pm, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. No shipping on holidays.

Free Shipping

At times, we may offer free shipping for retail orders only (no wholesale orders). When we do, we will only offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states (does not include Hawaii or Alaska). We will ship your order using our shippers standard shipping methods. You may choose another shipping method in lieu of free shipping if you need your order sooner.

Delivery Delays

Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier, SLO Roasted Coffee is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier, SLO Roasted Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or miss delivered packages.

Received Incorrect Item(s)

Please Contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item or there is a problem with your order so we may correct the issue.
