The most amazing full-bodied decaf ever. Decaf is a must for me, but the coffee world treats decaf as an afterthought, so, I'm always on the hunt for a proper decaf roast. I was at an event in SLO for Summer 2021, stopped by a grocer, cruised the coffee aisle per usual, and spotted SLORC. I could tell from the smell that this was going to be a heck of a cup. And it was. Deep body, smooth, chocolate notes, a little smokey earth, and just the right amount of roasty punch before a creamy finish with not a hint of bitterness. And that's drinking it black. A touch of sugar and cream makes it like deep roast heaven. Now, it's all I drink and I pack a pound when I travel.
